Apple Smartphones More Reliable than the Competition

FixYa reliability

Apple?s iPhone is the most reliable smartphone available, according to a study by FixYa, a website dedicated to providing consumers with troubleshooting tips. The report breaks down common issues of each major manufacturer based upon impressions gathered from users of FixYa.

The most prominent issues on the iPhone include battery life, lack of new features, and no customizability. Those complaints sound about right: while the iPhone?s battery life is certainly better than many other devices, it isn?t great. There?s also the popular issue of Apple being slower to add features, and there is almost no customizability available on a non-jailbroken iPhone.

Other?manufacturers?have other issues, including battery life, stability, and touchscreen issues.

This is only one study, but the results seem to be fairly accurate, and certainly seem possible.
